Private offices

A door that closes. A rate that doesn't surprise you.

Furnished offices for one person or a team of ten, inside a shared business center with a conference room, kitchen and mail service down the hall. Wi-Fi and utilities are in the rate; most offices include conference-room hours each month.

Options

Three ways to take an office.

Interior office

The quiet, economical choice for one to three people. No window, full privacy, the same amenities as every other office in the center.

Window office

One to three people with daylight and, on the higher floors, a view. The most requested type — ask early about what is open.

Private suite

Two to four connected offices behind one door, sometimes with its own kitchen or reception area. For a small firm that wants its own front door inside the center.

Included

What comes with the key.

  • Desk, chair and storage — bring your laptop and your plants
  • Wi-Fi and utilities, in the monthly rate
  • Conference-room hours each month with most offices; more by the hour
  • Mail and packages received at your address during business hours
  • Kitchen, printing and scanning shared with the center
Terms

Short when you want short.

  • Month-to-month agreements with one month's notice
  • One- and two-year terms with free months built in (see specials)
  • A security deposit may apply — it is spelled out on your quote
  • Add a second office or move to a larger one as you grow, subject to availability

Pricing depends on the center, the office and the term. We quote exact numbers on a tour or by phone — no estimates that change later.

Questions

About the offices.

Can I see the office before I decide?

Yes — tours are by appointment, Monday to Friday. We will show you the exact office, the conference room and the rest of the center.

What is the minimum term?

Month to month, with one month's notice to leave. Longer agreements earn free months.

Can I get my mail and packages there?

Yes. Mail and packages for your company are received at the center during business hours and held for you.

Is there a receptionist?

Our team is available by phone and email on business days. Some centers do not have a staffed desk at all hours, so client visits are best scheduled; we will tell you how each center works on your tour.

Can I use the conference room for depositions?

Yes — several of our rooms are booked for depositions and mediations through our sister company Depo Pros, and office clients can use their included hours for them.
