A new center at 201 Wilshire

201 Wilshire is a bright, skylit atrium building with a balcony, in the heart of Santa Monica and two blocks from the beach and the Promenade. The Icon Centers suite is at the atrium level, with private offices for one to ten people and a conference room for 12.

Because the center is pre-leasing, you can reserve an office at the opening rate before the doors open.

What is in the monthly rate

Furniture, Wi-Fi, utilities, the kitchen, printing and scanning, mail and package receiving and, with most offices, a set number of conference-room hours each month.

Phone answering and extra meeting-room time are add-ons.

Terms and visits

Month to month with one month's notice is the default. One- and two-year agreements earn free months, and a security deposit may apply depending on the office and term; it is spelled out on your quote.

We are setting up walkthroughs ahead of the opening by appointment. Tell us the size you need and when you would like to move in, and we will reserve a time.

Parking and after-hours building access are set by each building, not by Icon Centers, and vary from one to the next. We go over the options for your center on the tour.
