The address, the mail and the meeting room — without the office.
A virtual office puts your business at one of our nine addresses. Mail is received, scanned to you or forwarded, and you book the conference room when you need to meet in person. The plans are run by our sister company, Same Day Virtual, and billed month to month.
Included with a virtual office.
- A real business address at the center you choose, for your website, letterhead and correspondence
- Mail and packages received during business hours
- Mail scanned to your inbox, forwarded to you, or held for pickup — your choice per item
- Meeting-room access at member rates
- Live phone answering with a local number as an add-on
- Month-to-month, cancel with one month's notice
How sign-up works.
- 1. Choose a center — any of the nine addresses below.
- 2. Sign up online at Same Day Virtual and complete the postal form (USPS Form 1583) with two forms of ID, as required for any business receiving mail on your behalf.
- 3. Start using the address — mail handling begins as soon as the paperwork is in, usually within one business day.
Attorneys and firms who mainly need scanning: see MailScans.
Available at all nine centers.

About virtual offices.
Can I use the address to register my company?
Many clients use it as the business address on their website, letterhead and correspondence. Banks and state filings each set their own rules for which address goes where (some filings ask for the street address where the business is actually run), so check those before you file or open an account. Tell us if you also need a registered-agent service.
How fast is mail scanned?
Mail is logged on arrival during business hours and scanned, forwarded or held according to your plan.
Can I upgrade to a real office later?
Any time — you can move into a private office at the same address when you are ready, subject to availability.
Rather talk it through?
Tell us what you need the address for and we will point you to the right plan — or to a private office if that fits better.
