Hourly, half-day or full day.
Rates vary by room and center and are shown on the live booker before you confirm. Office clients: your included hours apply automatically, and extra time is billed at the member rate. Bookings not cancelled three business days ahead are non-refundable.

Do I need to be a client to book a room?
No. Anyone can book a room by the hour or the day. Office and virtual office clients get member rates and, with most office plans, included hours.
Will someone greet my guests?
Guests arrive by appointment with instructions on how to find the room. Some centers do not have a staffed front desk at all hours, so we confirm the arrival details with you when you book rather than promising someone will be waiting.
Can I bring food?
Yes. Each center has a kitchen you can use, and deliveries can be arranged to the suite.
What about depositions?
Yes — several of our conference rooms can be booked for depositions and mediations through Depo Pros, which shows hourly rates up front and can coordinate a court reporter.
