What we collect

When you send a tour request or a question, we keep the details you type — your name, email, phone, company, the center you are interested in and your message — along with the page it came from and the time. Our web host records standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) to keep the site running and secure.

If analytics is turned on, we use Google Analytics with IP anonymization to see which pages are visited; it sets cookies in your browser. We do not run advertising trackers.

How we use it

To answer you, schedule a tour, send a quote and, if you become a client, to run your agreement. We do not sell personal information and we do not add you to mailing lists you did not ask for.

Who sees it

Our staff, and the services that run the site for us: Vercel (hosting and storage), Resend (email) and, if enabled, Google Analytics. Each is bound by its own privacy terms. Client agreements and mail services are provided with our affiliated companies, including Same Day Virtual, under their own policies.

How long we keep it

Inquiries are kept while they are useful for following up and then deleted on request or during periodic clean-ups. Client records are kept for as long as the law and our agreement require.

Ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing contact@123offices.com or calling (213) 232-3820. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know and to delete; we honor them for everyone.
