Terms and visits

Month to month with one month's notice is the default. One- and two-year agreements earn free months, and a security deposit may apply depending on the office and term; it is spelled out on your quote.

Tours take about twenty minutes and are by appointment, Monday to Friday. Some centers do not have a staffed desk at all hours, so we confirm arrival details when we set up your visit — the same goes for your own clients' visits once you move in.

Parking in the on-site structure is set and charged by the building, not by Icon Centers. We go over the rates and access for your office on the tour.
